Ok so it has only been two weeks not even and I am finding it hard to pack food for lunch and so on and so forth. I want to lose weight, but in a healthy and fast way. All though I have come to realize that I am eating a lot of prepackaged foods and tuna, and PB&J's that is my go to foods. I am not very good at cooking and I am a horrible procrastinator so is there any suggestions out there for someone like m? I am also on a 1200 calorie a day diet.
