Yesterday was a definite slip up. I have been really on track the past three weeks. On the other hand, I had really good motivation, which is now gone. Not only must I deal with the fact that the actual motivation is gone, I have to deal with the emotional inadequecy I feel as a result of the situation. A certain person had made me feel better about myself, and in turn I had confidence in myself and interest in something other than food. I am worried now that the motivation is gone that I might slip up, and let yesterday's down fall spiral into something bigger. I hope this does not happen. I am hoping to work out tonight. In addition, I know that my weight tomorrow will probably be higher than last week. I think I have to focus on overcoming the gainage of weight for this week.
