Ok, i lost another 3 lbs. i'm walking more and more each day. I passed many personal challenges this weekend... I spend weekend with my inlaws and !!OH BOY!!! fried this and fried that, chocolate here and desserts there, lol well i just kept walking away. I was dying inside though. am so serious about loosing weight that i am going to keep walking away from all those delicious temptations. I just wish when you tell someone "no thank you" they stop insisting it makes it so hard to continue to say no.

Lol.. I know what you are saying.. the best way to stop them is to tell them the true, "I am on diet" so that way it looks rude if they keep on insisting, and when they say "oh but you are not fat, why you are on diet?" you simply tell them that is not to loose weight, you are just eating healthy. =p I do that all the time. good luck!
