I regained 30 pounds over 2 years. Somehow I lost my healthstyle mojo. I don't know if I just got tired of being on a diet, or if I had convinced myself I could hop back on my healthstyle at will and take weight back off relatively easily, or maybe my body just won the set point war. Whatever the reason, the weight came back on with a vengeance! I regained all but 10 pounds of my highest weight.

On April 1st I started again. I've been doing a lot of research and I've decided to change my healthstyle to ketogenic. I've lost 15 pounds so far, which is not the extremely fast weight loss I hear about on this WOE, but I feel good, I've lost food cravings, and I'm losing weight. I continue to reinforce my knowledge by reading books and listening to Youtube videos and podcasts, and I feel good about my new healthstyle.

Good job. We all slip and fall but its good you got back up on the horse. Its nice you found something that works diet wise for you and healthwise. I joined sparkpeople.com and have been using that to help me. I find the tips they give helps me along. Keep up the good work
