Actually got to go work out last night! Felt great!
Feeling like I might be coming down with the bug that's floatin' around our house. =S Been takin' my vitamins and airbourne, so hopefully won't get hit with it too bad.
Didn't do well with recording what I ate, yesterday, on the daily plate. Tax season is coming so work is starting to pick up for preparation. Don't know how I'll fit in recording what I eat but will try my best. Worked on drinking water yesterday. I got in about 4 glasses. Doesn't seem like much, but for me that's pretty good. I started getting a headache a couple of different times yesterday, which tells me I'm still not getting enough water. Will work on 8 glasses today.

You can do it! Also snack on nuts or ff cheese sticks... but also remember sometimes headaches can be from the carb withdrawal. You also mentioned feeling a bit under the weather, so be SURE to drink plenty of fluids. If you cant handle plain water, try something like half strength Crystal Light (if youre not sensitive to artificial sweeteners) Just listen to your body. Youre doing awesome! I'm very proud of you!

Thank you! As a matter of fact, I have pistacio nuts and low fat cheese sticks for snacks. I also have hard boiled eggs available. Trying to focus on good snack foods. =) I've gotten 4 glasses down so far today! Yay!
