Another .7 pounds down this morning. A good motivator, even though I didn't make it into the gym this morning. We were out too late with too hectic of a night (ending with my iPhone taking a dive and the screen shattering). I would have gotten less than 6 hours sleep and that would ruin our evening tonight of friends, fresh seafood, games and movies.... And right now, both my fiance and I need that. My goal this weekend is to not completely blow my diet, and get at least one exercise session in. Hopefully I can squeeze in bootcamp today before the fun starts so I don't feel like a failure all night.
