today was great , and i will continue my low colary diet and exercise.
tomorrow's food:

breackfast :lentil agian =145 Kcal
snack :pine apple slice = 70 Kcal
lunch : Kabab 330 Kcal +rice = 580
snack : bread + cheese =70+50=120
dinner : salad +chicken =200+50=250Kcal

Total calareis :1170 Kcal
