being sick for the last week or so really put a damper on my new exercise and diet plan, so i am officially re-starting it today. i recorded my weight and measurements in inches on a piece of paper at home, and ill check back in two weeks to see my progress. i will still try to record my diet and exercise each day in my diet calendar.
