Lost 4 pounds in less than a week??! But still eating a lot and never hungry! VICTORY!!!

-Eating only when hungry.

-Staying out of the kitchen after 7pm.

-gym 5-6 days a week

-When craving sweets, I'll go for fruit, sugar free gum, or 100 calorie whipped yogurt ( it's consistency is reminiscent of cake! And it's not bad for you)

- eating snacks between meals ( an 100 cal bag of nuts, Fruit and tea or 100 cal yogurt, or an apple, some walnuts and tea)

-planning my meals the day before. Never skipping meals.

-Dairy really constipates me but I LOVE cheese and cake. Must eventually take milk out of my diet.

-Maybe I can find low calorie dairy free alternative for yogurt?
159.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week
