Ok...So this morning I was entering in my breakfast in my phones calorie counting app and I realized that the coffee I drink in the morning pushes my calories for my morning meal dangerously high. *sniff* My coffee has been my one deviation from my Eat Clean program and I really don't want to give it up. 1 mug of coffee with 4 tablespooons (ok..maybe 6 tablespoons) of my Sweet Italian Cream CoffeeMate. I am thinking that I might be able to get the same flavor if I use some skim milk and enough Truvia sweetener to sweeten it up the way I like. Most important thing is that the coffee is strong enough to taste its flavor through the creamer. I will work on this and get back to writing about it at a later time.

*shhhhh* I actually knew my coffee was my big splurge...lol OK, that AND my one or two glasses of wine in the evening. Its a process..and you are definitly right when you say we should not deprive ourselves.
