I guess because I do not skip a day going to the gym, this is why I had a drastic drop in weight. Plus I have just been eating fruits and veges and loads of water. Cycling made my legs hurt bad...I had to ice them, use muscle cream, and skip the gym 2 days. Going back in I just did the treadmill. Seeing the results is keeping me focused...For real..

If your going to the gym a lot make sure your eating enough protein. You need it to build muscle, lose fat and get strong. Fruits and vegetables are wondeful but you can lose muscle with the weight loss if you aren't getting enough protein. Losing muscle means your metabolism will slow down and you won't look tone and lean. It's all about balance.
