This is when Atkins gets weird (good weird)...sumptous, lavish dinner tonight - a pound and a half of crab legs with plenty of drawn butter, caesar salad, broccoli with ranch dressing....on any other diet, I would be hanging my head in shame right now. But even with my breakfast and lunch added in, I still had 10 carbs left, so I came home and had a slice of crustless keylime pie (recipe in my cookbook). Just crazy!! But I love it!
