Good morning!

I'm going to try to start logging again, and do a journal entry at least twice each week. I think we've finally gotten into a schedule with Sarge.

I had a nice 5 day weekend and did a lot of gardening, painting, and cleaning..it was wonderful! My WOE is still good, but I really struggle with water. I bought some fresh lemons this weekend, so that should give my water a kick.

This morning, I got up at 3:45 and did a quick cardio sculpt DVD.
