So i just cant get used to the diet calendar here, so i am still using FitDay.
My stats for today are as follows:
Total calories for the day : 843 14% from fat (13g) 34% from carbs (93g) 52% from protein (103g)
This is like, way low calorie intake for me. I havnt eaten everything for the day yet, but plugged in my snack and dinner, since i already have them portioned and planned out.

Thanks for the encouragement. I just dont know how much to eat each day. Is 843 calories enough? I want numbers- i work better with numbers... how many calories, fat, carbs, and protein do i need per day to lose weight? When i was making my lunch, snack and dinner (i eat all three meals at work), it looked like a lot of food to me, but looking at the calories, it doesnt seem like enough.... thoughts???

It really depends on your height and weight. I found that ediets has a profiler that will ask for your height, weight, sex, frame size and give you an amount of optimal calories to lose weight. It may not seem like a lot of calories, but you may be right on track, too. You can get the profile for free without joining. :)

thanks for the tip- based on yesterday, i was eating 400 calories less than reccomended for me by e-diets.... hmm.....
