My stats for today are as follows:

Total calories for the day : 1180
19% from fat (24g)
34% from carbs (114g)
46% from protein (129g)

So comparatively, I ate 337 more calories with more fat and less protein, but about the same carbs as yesterday. I dont feel like i have the hungries like i did all day yesterday, but its getting to be that time.... As before, im still a little baffled at how much proten, carbs, and fat i should be eating in a day.... percentage wise.... I need a target to aim for- i may just adopt the old zone 40-30-30, or was it 30-40-30? if anyone remembers, please let me know:) And i think it was carb, fat, protein... or was it protein carb fat? HEEEEELLLLLPPPP :)

Comments hi Huck. Try heading here and doing the "Daily recommendation" bit, it will tell you how much carbs, protein, fat etc you should be consuming.
