I have shown a gain of 3/4lb I just don't understand it as I have been so good I must just remember I have lost 3 stone so only got another stone to go so I will keep going and hope next week I will show a loss .

151.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't forget water retention can make you fluctuate by a few lbs, so .75 of a lb isn't too scary. Maybe something you ate or drank yesterday (or lack of fluids) has caused your body to hold onto water for some reason x
