wow. very hard to stay within 60% fat. i do love my fat apparently. i wanted to saute my zucchini and mushrooms with olive oil...and have 2 pats of butteron my MIM...which i did. little skinny pats... oh, well. my salads are already made with dressing. i may just have to go over on percentage. i have to enjoy the taste of the food...
