Thanks everyone for the comments on my post Friday. The weekend was pretty good after having a crappy Friday. I did have some icecream, but took the kids to the icecream shop and opted for some fat free sugar free hard ice cream....butter pecan....and it was HEAVENLY ! :)
I will be leaving this afternoon for an out of town trip....will be gone till late Thursday. Not sure if I'll get a chance to check in at all or not. Will be gearing up for this weekend, my family does the "Relay for Life"...so when I get home it will be full tilt to get ready!
Hope everybody has a great week! Cant wait to see how everyones doing when I get back ! STAY ON TRACK !!! I'll be doing my best too !

I'm glad that your weekend got better. Good job with the ice cream, it's good to indulge without all the guilt! Good luck travelling, it's hard to eat right on the road, but you can do it! And good luck with the Relay, it used to be a really big thing in my hometown, and I used to stay up all night with them (I worked in the coffee shop, so I kept them going all night!).
