I assume this is from my exercising and trying to adjust to it.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeap, don't mind little fluctuations. You would be surprised how much simple water weight can differ from weigh-in to weigh-in. Stay strong and keep at it.
