I am starting session 2 of the 21-day fix today. I didn't exercise today, but I'm going to eat right anyway. I wanted to set a new goal and track my progress for that so I'm resetting my diet. I made my last goal and although this one is a little higher, I think I can do it. One day at a time.
198.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.4 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
