I'm really bad at drinking water. It's something I have to remind myself to do. I would like to weigh myself once a week but my curiosity gets the best of me! Yesterday I was a pound lighter. I know its because I dont drink enough water! Thats my goal for the next week... keep my flesh hydrated :)
193.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
