Well here i am again. Finally got my pain under control and inflammation down. So I am going to give this one more try. Gained about 15 lbs since all of this mess came up. I dont like steroids. But anyway...here we go!!!!

And if anyone else here has RA or osteoarthritis could you please suggest a workout routine that is low impact. I dont have those two words in my vocabulary but i guess i have to learn them for now

Hey NM, my right knee has no meniscus (catastrophic injury, 1997) and has been osteoarthritic for at least a decade...the elliptical and bike have been instrumental in allowing me to live a relatively active and pain (sort of) free life since the accident as well as keep hips and other joints relatively strong and mobile.
