Today is the end of my first week of dieting. I am down half a pound at this point... and have 14 to go to meet my goal. I have recently started a boot camp program that beat me in to submission. I went two days this week, and was so sore, I had to take a day off to let my muscles recover. Today, I am back to the grind stone and going to boot camp before dinner. I also have been using Visalus shakes for meal replacement, and am trying to cook better, more wholesome meals for my family, instead of cooking every meal from a box. We are moving in a couple of months, as well as transitioning out of the Army, so I am very stressed with a lot of changes coming my way. So the temptation to eat junk is there. I also have a husband who has high cholesterol, but eats junk all the time... so I am working on making him eat healthier too! Over all, I am excited to get moving hard and making changes to my body. I want to look AWESOME in my bathing suit this summer.... instead of like a sausage over stuffed in to casing. :P
