Anacci's Journal, 10 February 2012

Well the last week wasn’t very good. The super bowl party had a little to do with it as well as a late Tuesday night hang out with some friends that led to several adult beverages and some chips and queso. I worked out all week however did stray from the diet here and there, some in little ways but others in big ways. So I only lost 1 pound this week :( I knew it was going to be that way. However I am ready to get back on it next week and hopefully hit my short term goal weight of 245 by the end of the month.
On a positive note I love the way I look in my clothes again and it definitely gives me a bunch of confidence. I can’t wait till April and I can spend birthday money on buying new clothes. I am so excited to hit my overall goal before summer gets here and not be afraid to go to the pool or the beach!
253.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
