Well I just started doing this as I also started with a personal trainer. I am scheduled to go on a vacation in July with activities that require me to be at least 240.I would like to lose 40-50 lbs and get in good shape so I can be confident again. I have extra motivation because I just got out of a 2 year relationship a couple of months ago where I got a bit comfortable and lazy. I want to look good for the ladies!
