I'm amazed at the adaptability of the human body and how we can "train" our cravings. Yesterday was the big Mother's Day celebration held at Bucca Di Peppo, Family Style Italian. It didn't bother me at all to eat only salad, because I honestly didn't want to eat the heavier options. It was easy to pass the plates of pasta, meat, and bread without feeling like I was losing out. I really wanted to eat that salad!

How nice is it to be on a journey of reshaping my body while loving the nutritious and colorful foods our bountiful Mother Earth provides.
