Went out to dinner 2X. My goal was to be 135 by Thanksgiving. I was almost there. My goal is to stay the same throughout the Holidays since there are so many parties. Eating and drinking you know. If I am 135 after New Year's I will be delighted. So I will still watch what I eat but I will not be so strict at the parties. See what happens.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
