Day 3... trying to retrain my mind and body to stop thinking Food = Happiness.

I'm not as pumped about everything today due to the lack of sleep and stress I've been dealing with the past few days. I will fight through it though and hopefully get some sleep tonight. Thanks to all my new buddies for the friend requests. It's always nice to have others fighting the same fight :)

Today's checklist:
weigh myself________
drink water___check______
charge BMF__________
do something nice for others__check________
organize my office____________
move my body____________
eat healthy meals________
work on meal plan_________
do 30mins of housework after work_______
