Yesterday I was in KFC, I asked boyfriend not to order separate menu for me. Just took a few pieces of fries and a few bites of chicken from his menu. I could not eat it at all. But better to feel that I'm not on diet. It was 6 p.m. I knew if I will not eat it now, I will it something else full of calories at night. My way to trick my brain 😁. It worked. Nothing gained, even - 200 grams.
