1. It's FRIDAY!!!
2. My weight is still holding steady again today. It has been a busy day...we shall see how we do tomorrow. :-)
We had a great dinner tonight a little later than normal. We decided to start celebrating Mother's day a little early. I prepared marinated porterhouse steaks and grilled Lobster tails with baked sweet potatoes, and served it all up with sautéed asparagus and portabella mushrooms. I think Mom really enjoyed it.
3. Blood sugar this morning was still high at 113 mg/dL.
4. Blood pressure was ok at 123/85 @ 82 bpm today.
5. Keto level was a 48 today...ketosis came back big with just some small adjustments yesterday. :-)

353.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 103.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
