No weight loss in 2 days but atleast im not gaining. Going to increase my work outs and since today is really nice in NJ ill walk to work (abt a half hr walking each way) :)
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
