Simply remarkable; I started an exercise routine of brisk walking on the treadmill -30min- inaddition to being in the sauna for 30 minutes. This has led to an excelleration of my weight loss. But most remarkable is that it has had an extremely physical effect on my blood pressure and achne problem. I could not figure out at all why my achne was still propitious, until I realized that it was my body not sweating. Now I am making a point to sweat, sweat, and sweat to help my face breathe. My back problem has also abated; it has been six months since my accident.

I am indeed elated with my weight loss and it looks as if I will meet my goal expectation of 175lbs. by the conclusion of my six week/six months of dieting. I thank God for all of it, for being the architect of my being and the patience that has come along with it. Thank you God!
