1. Hump day...let's get it!
2. I think I took in too much salt yesterday when I ate all those olives and pickles along with my regular intake.
3. My weight went up just a bit due to water retention I believe.
4. My blood glucose was 106 mg/dL this morning.
5. My blood pressure was 126/86 @ 94 bpm today. So far the PowerBeets supplement seems to be helping. :-)
6. My Keto level was a 43 today...still just in the Ketosis barrier.
