After 12 days in Alaska without keeping track and every meal being large enough for
2 or 3. (What the Hell? I had 8 leftover boxes in my fridge when I checked out). And the results are in, its time to get back in, on track and reach my goal. (Then set a new one :D).

Good Luck all my fellow FSers!!!
235.6 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
