So I'm definitely morphing on this program. I think I'm starting to find my new normal. I'm wondering...do naturally thin people simply do this too? Is that why they are slim? Do some people indulge and then something in their brain has them simply back off extra calories and lower their intake (like we do kind of in a forced way by doing a ph1 day after an indulgence day) Is that what the doctor had in mind as a way of re-training the brain? If that's going on...then I think I'm getting the hang of this maintenance thing as it needs to be in natural time. I'm speaking for myself,but maybe some of you out there can relate to this and put your spin on it.
Again...I hesitate to even say these things for fear of getting out of control again...but maybe, just maybe I'm starting to have more of an anchor on the other side of this. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
126.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
