Up and down, up and down. Always hoping of a new low. Didnt get up to recommended carbs yesterday since two of my meals had practically none, even with a huge salad at lunch, but did not want to go over my calories since Saturday i did.

Dreamt about having the stuff for MIM's at work LOL. Gonna try to plan a menu and pack for today.


Ok, I am trying my profile public. I am looking for new and experienced Atkins buddies. Especially older women or women with a lot to lose.
