I seem to be oblivious of my weight.
I see others and think that I am not at porky as them.
WRONG!!!
Walking through Coventry today and caught a side view of myself in Sainsbury’s full length reflective window. OMG!!! Panting, waddling and sporting a belly sticking out a lot further than I thought it did. I have truly fallen into the waters of denial (da Nile. LOL). Always felt that I was not that bad. Popular lies to myself being that I am tall (6ft 2”) and big boned runs in the family spring the life
I freely admit to not tracking foods correctly I put my hands up to not going to the gym as planned (twice a week with membership is in place)
Next step is a diet. Not eat normally but less. A DIET.

Windows are not renowned as mirrors as they tend to be warped, however, totally get where you're coming from. We are all on diet - diet just meaning what you eat so don't think of eating less as being 'on a' diet, just a different diet to that which you're used to. Syntax gone completely but I hope you get what I mean. We've all been there and are here if you need to vent!
