Yay its the weekend and ill be walking and maybe a hike on Sunday Im so close to my first weight goal I can taste it. I had buger king yesterday and gain almost a lb back NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! My goal is 150 by Valentines Day and 140 by April 1st lol April Fool day and my oldest son's birthday. I can do it!!
156.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
