my eating for today consists of :::::

egg and toast for breakfast
apple for snack
salad with cilantro avocado yogurt dressing
orange for snack
dinner chicken fritter with mixed vegetables
snack apple

no eating after 7pm drink lots of water or tea. Do stretches. Off a day for exercise. Sunday is my funday!!!!! Love, greenbikini,

well I did not keep to this diet today. I was running around town after eating only an egg and toast for breakfast. So I got home around 3pm. I ate a Chicken margarita that was a cold dinner that I heated in the microwave. I think it was either healthy choice or lean cuisine. Then I was still hungry so I ate my salad I spoke of. Then a little later I ate some vegetables that were frozen that I heated up with a little cheese that came on them. Then as a late night snack I had a tortilla with I cannot believe it's not butter spray. So it sounds like I pigged out doesn't it? I need to be better and take one of my omega 3 snacks with me when I am out running around. I didn't do my stretches. I was so incredibly tired. So basically I blew it yesterday. Today is a new day!
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
