Friday. Yes!!! Finally!!
Today is busy. 4 appointments "in the field" with a fair amount of driving attached to it. On top of that I must get to the grocery store and stop by the auto-body shop to pay for my portion of the elk incident. Rumor has it my car will be done today. I won't be able to get it home ... because I need 2 drivers ... but still I will be happy.
Weight was 196 this morning. So still coming down though noticeably far from a new low. No worries in my pretty little head about it though. I don't really know if that 192.6 was a true weight or my scale being psychotic. And I didn't care when I recorded it. What is important is what I do, day to day, maintaining kindness towards myself by feeding my body well, taking care of myself, mindfulness, and so forth. That I am doing so, therefore, all is well.
So I'll need to dash to town a little earlier than usual since I have a lot to fit into today. I'm going to try to get to the market BEFORE my first visit at 9 am this morning. Will see it that works.

... payday FRIDAY!!!
... being able to "make a difference" by being present for others
... decaf coffee in the evening with my new favorite creamer
... my mother helping us out by doing our taxes
... thinking about vacation
