Even after all the biscuits yesterday I'm still in ketosis. Can't believe it, but it's higher at 1.1 than it was on the second day of my fast when it was 0.8

Not at all - I use an On-Call GK dual bg & ketones meter. When I looked into it it was the one with the cheapest ketone strips. I've not used it for blood glucose.
