so i finally weighed myself. I did gain a half pound. Gonna work my butt off this week and take that plus more off!! I must say cheating on my diet definately was not worth it....
162.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
