So I pretty much failed on my challenges. Not so much actually DOING them (I have been way more active lately than ever before, not to mention dieting has been going well and my lifestyle habits are changing too) I just find that the new lifestyle means I've also been on the computer less which is also a good thing. This would ALSO mean that I don't check up online or on here very much anymore.

I haven't been doing the mini challenges or anything but I have been trying my best to cut down my seconds and thirds and watching portion sizes, and the Xbox Kinect that we got in December has really been paying off. I play it at least 4 times a week doing an advanced intense cardio session of about 50 minutes every time. I always feel great after!

At first a big challenge was not over-eating after a workout, because of that feeling of entitlement after you exercise that you can 'eat more because you burned it off' which has always been a real problem of mine.

I've taken up ice hockey as well. It's only practices once a week but it works a whole different set of muscles and is also a great cardio workout to boot. I didn't go last week because it was a game and they didn't need me, and I may not go this week because I have to watch my kids because the hubby will be out, but I do plan on continuing it. The only downside is that it is an expensive hobby to pursue. Lucky enough I get to use my hubby's gear since we never play at the same time, and all I've had to buy so far was my own helmet and shorts

I think that's about it for now. Only about 8lbs left to go! If I am my ideal weight by my birthday, that would be the greatest present of all :)
137.8 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
