Working hard to get the weight off. Going vegetarian about 95% as I have had some fish over the last couple of months. Maybe only 4 times in total. I have also had some cheese but very limited. Off sugar and soda and bread.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
