I realize I have a control problem. Almost every year I vow to drop the weight and to keep it off, to diet etc. The problem is once I start trying to diet I can't stop eating!!!!!!! Last night I watched my 600lb life and it really hit home for me. I have always had a nice figure now I'm at my heaviest. At this point I cannot afford not to get down to 180lbs, I need better self control. I am going grocery shopping today and loading the cart with healthy alternatives, see no evil, do no evil!
My goal is to be below 240lbs by next weeks weigh in. I have been working out consistently and am headed for my 2 hr torture session now :)
