Why is it I ate well below my calorie limit but yet I didn't lose any weight and actually gained?? Interesting. I think my lack of sleep has played a big part in my not being able to lose weight this week. I have been working so much I had very few hourws of sleep for several days. Now I am off for several days and can get all the sleep I want.

Everyone hits a plateau here and there. Maybe yours came because of your lack of sleep. I hope you get some good rest and see a loss next week. Good luck!!
