Well, as you may have noticed, I got impatient with low-carb and decided to go back to counting calories. this has allowed me to use other tools and to show me how exercise makes an impact for me. I'm sticking to net 1200 calories a day right now and am losing at a good pace. Granted not an ideally "healthy" pace but a good way to get a jump start. I plan to adjust this to a net 1600-1800 as I get better at exercising regularly.

I am 5 pounds from my 1st small goal set. and I have 2 weeks to get there. Its not realistic that I will make it EXACTLY on that day but I know it will be close to it and that makes me happy. I will try to kick up my activity level and who knows, I might just make it. When you have as much to lose as me, losing 2.5lbs a week is certainly attainable.

At 188, 10 pounds lighter than where I was 4 weeks ago, I feel GREAT!
