Good Morning everyone. I know the weight is coming off fast....who knew just cutting out white(bread,pasta&such) and sodas would do that. My appetite is very low but my energy is through the roof. Thnx Draglist...I watch your posts and I will admit I am not that diligent(yet), I am trying. Well, back to squats today. Smiles.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thnx. It took six months of rehab to get back to the squats(not near last years six hundred). I did 10 yesterday. Hoping today I can kill 20.
