I've been 140-145 lbs for over a year. My doctor wants me between 115 & 120 lbs. I now know which of my favorite foods need to be eaten in moderation. A week using the phone app & I'm under 140.

I like that this app works for smaller people. There are so many diet apps that error out for me because they have a 2000 minimum calorie consumption. I'm 5'5" with very small bones (I'm assuming this is compared to the general population). This app says I only need 1400 calories a day.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 24.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
