Ive been on a plateau for over a week and now 1 pound up! its TOM today..sorry for the t.m.i but damn Im getting so discouraged..been following everything I should be ..Just gotta keep on keepin on, I know drastic results are going to show all at once, kinda happened like that before on Atkins.

I can gain 4 or more pounds around that time of the month. It will go away. Stay on plan and drink water. Kick up your exercise or be more active if you can to help.
